Sterilize steam generator

The whole Sterilize steam generator consists of two parts: heat exchanger and evaporator. The feed water directly enters the evaporation column (purification column), and the industrial steam enters the shell side of the heat exchanger.

Steam Generator Unit

Features of Steam Generator Unitt: (1) Double shell seamless tube sanitary and clean exchanger. (2) Structural material: All parts in contact with raw water, pure steam and water for injection are made of 316L material, and the working surfaces of the column and the exchanger have been subjected to standard procedures for pickling and passivation.

Pure steam system

The Pure steam system consists of an evaporator, a preheater, and an electrical automatic control part. In order to ensure the quality of pure steam, the evaporator adopts a unique three-stage separation method: falling film evaporation, gravity sedimentation, and wire mesh de-foaming.

Distilled water machine

Water for injection is distilled water or deionized water and then distilled water, also weighed distilled water.

WFI machine

WEMAC customized optimization design according to the raw water quality report,effluent quality requirements and the actual needs of customers, and customer can also choose the standardized design from WEMAC. The output water quality can meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(CP2020), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43) and European Pharmacopoeia (EP10) for purified water or high purity water according to different system configurations.

The multi-effect water distiller is the key equipment of the widely used water injection preparation system. The multi-effect water distiller adopts high temperature and high pressure operation to ensure stable production of pyrogen-free water for injection.

Pure steam generator pharmaceutical

The verification of the pure steam generator is similar to the verification of the one-effect distiller of the multi-effect distilled water machine, that is, it should be confirmed that the distiller of the pure steam generator, as a shell and tube heat exchanger, has the possibility of leakage in the cooling water and distilled water. When the double-ended tube sheet structure is strictly prevented from possible cross-contamination.

The operation of purified water and Multicolumn Distillation Plant takes into account the regular cleaning and disinfection of the pipe distribution system, and there are usually two modes of operation. One is to make water into batch numbers like products, that is, batch operation.

Water distillation for pharmaceutical

Different distilled water machines have different requirements for source water. Different models of distilled water machines can use purified water, deionized water, and deep soft water as source water to prepare water for injection that meets the standards due to differences in performance.

GMP WFI system

GMP is the basic rule for the management of pharmaceutical production enterprises in my country. Water for injection as a raw material for large-volume injections and small-volume injections, especially sterile preparations, has high requirements.

Water for injection machine

The transport water pump used in the water for injection machine should generally be a sanitary centrifugal pump. The confirmation of the pump should mainly focus on the level of hygiene protection of the pump, that is, confirm that the pump will never pollute the water for injection during operation, and it has the advantages of easy disassembly of the end cover, thorough drainage of the accumulated water in the pump body, and convenient cleaning.

WFI distillation system

The WFI distillation system is composed of water treatment equipment, storage equipment, distribution pump and pipe network. The water production system has the possibility of external pollution caused by the raw water and external causes of the water production system, and the pollution of the raw water is the main external pollution source of the water production system.
