The Pure steam system consists of an evaporator, a preheater, and an electrical automatic control part. In order to ensure the quality of pure steam, the evaporator adopts a unique three-stage separation method: falling film evaporation, gravity sedimentation, and wire mesh de-foaming.
Pure steam system working principle
Qualified raw water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump and then enters the preheater through a flow meter. After heat exchange, the temperature can be 10-15 °C lower than that of the heating steam in the evaporator, and then enters the evaporator and is sprayed on the inner wall of the heating pipe through the feed water distributor. The feed water flows in the form of a film in the tube, and is vaporized by the boiler steam, and the generated secondary steam with water droplets enters the three-stage separation device from the lower end of the heating tube, and is separated to generate pure steam. The conductivity of pure steam condensed water can be detected online to check whether the pure steam is qualified.
After the evaporator of the boiler steam is absorbed by the raw water and condensed, it condenses into boiler steam condensate water, which is used as the heating heat source of the preheater. The preheated raw material water is finally discharged from the non-condensable water outlet of the preheater.
