The whole Sterilize steam generator consists of two parts: heat exchanger and evaporator. The feed water directly enters the evaporation column (purification column), and the industrial steam enters the shell side of the heat exchanger. Industrial steam heats the feed water to evaporation temperature, which creates a circulation system between the two columns. In the evaporator, steam is generated, and the steam rises at a low rate. At the same time, other impure impurities can be removed at the height of the purification column to achieve the purpose of purification. The evaporator is equipped with a pressure sensor, which can control the industrial steam to enter the heat exchanger to generate pure steam in a state of constant pressure. At the same time, a liquid level transmitter is installed in the evaporator, which can control the flow of the incoming water.
