PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The operation of purified water and Multicolumn Distillation Plant takes into account the regular cleaning and disinfection of the pipe distribution system, and there are usually two modes of operation.
One is to make water into batch numbers like products, that is, batch operation. The "batch" mode of operation is mainly for safety reasons, as this method isolates a certain amount of water during the assay period until the assay is concluded.
The other is the "through-flow" operation mode of continuous water production, which can be used at the same time as production.
The daily management of the Multicolumn Distillation Plant includes operation and maintenance, which is of great importance to verification and normal use. Therefore, a monitoring and pre-repair plan should be established to ensure that the operation of the water system is always in a controlled state. These include:
①The operation and maintenance procedures of the water system;
② Monitoring plan for key water quality parameters and operating parameters, including calibration of key instruments;
③ Regular disinfectionerilization plan;
④ preventive maintenance plan for water treatment equipment;
