Features of Steam Generator Unitt:
(1) Double shell seamless tube sanitary and clean exchanger.
(2) Structural material: All parts in contact with raw water, pure steam and water for injection are made of 316L material, and the working surfaces of the column and the exchanger have been subjected to standard procedures for pickling and passivation.
(3) Gaskets made of pharmaceutical grade Teflon (Toflon).
(4) All parts are installed on solid carbon steel brackets, and can be easily disassembled and assembled.
(5) Mineral wool insulation, the surface is covered with AISI304 stainless steel satin polished protective layer.
(6) Structural design: There is no dead angle in the sanitary structure and connection, the slope of the pipeline is conducive to the lowest discharge, and the system is equipped with a raw water pump, which makes the operation stable, the structure is compact, and the cost is saved.
(7) Double tube plate design: The external preheater and evaporator are designed with double tube plates, which meet the requirements of cGMP and effectively eliminate the possibility of low sanitation level media contamination of the system. (Double tube sheet or single tube sheet according to customer requirements)
(8) Selection of raw materials: SS316L is used for the parts and pipes in contact with pure steam and pure steam condensed water, and SS304 is used for the rest.
(9) Reasonable sealing structure: most of the equipment is connected by flange, the gasket is made of PTFE, and the whole machine is sealed to prevent leakage.
(10) Electrochemical polishing: the surface finish is high; the corrosion resistance of stainless steel is improved; the position that cannot be handled by mechanical polishing equipment can be polished.
(11) Energy saving: Due to the use of thin-walled heat exchange tubes and advanced material-water distributors, the heat exchange rate is improved.
(12) Long service life: Due to the large space and low-speed separation, steam friction and corrosion are avoided. The service life of the machine is greatly extended.
(13) Fully automatic welding with argon protection inside and outside: welding pipelines and equipment barrels to ensure welding quality.
(14) Insulation layer: composite silicate needle silk blanket, the outer layer adopts SS304 wire drawing board.
(15) Control system: There are a variety of control methods for users to choose: manual, PLC + instrument automatic, PLC + touch screen, etc.
