Generally, for the use of ordinary stainless steel shell and tube heat exchangers or plate heat exchangers in pure steam generator systems, whether it is used as a heater or a cooler, the cooling water and pure steam should be considered from the design. Maintain an appropriate pressure difference between the two, that is, in the operation management, the pressure of the pure steam system should always be adjusted and controlled to be 0.10-0.15MPa higher than the cooling water pressure, so that when a leak occurs, the pure steam system will not be quickly damaged. cause serious pollution.
