PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PW piping system design scheme
1. The connection parts of the purified water equipment system should be welded first, and then clamped, and the use of wire-tooth connection should be avoided.
2. The whole system adopts the forming process of welding on one side and two sides, and adopts the automatic welding process of automatic welding machine imported from Germany and special pipe cutting tools from the United States. The water quality is divided into different grades, which are manual welding and automatic welding. The contact with purified water adopts automatic welding, passivation treatment after welding, and provides endoscope photos and a test report.
3. Filters, pressure gauges, conductivity probes, RO membrane shells, and ultraviolet rays that come into contact with product water are all sanitary clamp connections.
4. The pipelines in contact with the terminal pure water all meet the requirements of GMP3D. The rubber pad is PTPE. When the diaphragm valve is installed horizontally, it is 45 degrees. The slope of the circulating pipeline installation is set to 0.5, and the lowest point is set as the discharge point.
5. Each system shall set up sampling points to facilitate the detection of water quality.
6. The whole system adopts the integration of three-dimensional design, production, processing and installation, and is equipped with a circulating return water pipeline to prevent stagnant water pipelines.
