There are usually two methods to compensate for the change of water level in the storage tank: one is to use a respirator; the other is to use a nitrogen-filled automatic control system. When the water is at a peak, the sterile-filtered nitrogen gas supply will automatically increase. Ensure that the storage tank can maintain positive pressure, and the air supply will automatically decrease when the water consumption is small, but still maintain a slight positive pressure outside the storage tank. Can prevent microbial contamination.
Requirements for storage tanks:
① Made of 316L stainless steel, the inner wall is electropolished and passivated;
②A 0.2μm hydrophobic ventilation filter (respirator) is installed on the water storage tank, which can be heated and sterilized or has a jacket;
③ Can withstand at least 121 ℃ high temperature steam sterilization;
④The drain valve adopts stainless steel diaphragm valve;
⑤If it is filled with nitrogen, it must be filtered with a 0.2μm hydrophobic filter.
