The function of the spray ball is to clean and wet the surface of the tank, reduce the risk of microbial growth, and achieve uniform temperature in the entire system under pasteurization.
The function of the tank pressure sensor is to provide a reference for whether the respirator is turned on or off when the tank is sterilized by monitoring the real-time pressure in the tank.
The tank temperature sensor is mainly used to monitor the real-time water temperature of the tank. The temperature is controlled and monitored by PLC to effectively control the growth of microorganisms.
The function of the tank respirator is to block foreign objects from entering the storage tank to avoid water pollution. In all GMPs, tank respirators are mentioned, showing their importance to storage tanks.
