The working process of the pure steam generator system is as follows: the raw water enters the tube side of the separated true gas through the feed pump (the two are connected), the liquid level is controlled by the liquid level sensor and the PLC connection, and the industrial steam enters the evaporation In the shell side of the separator, the raw material water in the tube side is heated to the evaporation temperature, and the raw material water becomes steam. This steam separates the small droplets by gravity at the low speed and the high stroke of the separator and returns to the raw material water. After re-evaporation, the steam becomes pure steam through a specially designed clean wire mesh device and then enters the top of the separator, and the pure steam enters various distribution systems and points of use through the output pipeline.
