PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

After the raw water is processed by the multi-effect distilled water machine, the distilled water that has passed the conductivity test can be used as water for injection, and the unqualified distilled water will be automatically discharged. The heat recovery and reuse of concentrated water and steam condensate water can improve the utilization rate of water resources and reduce operating energy consumption. At present, the domestic distillation method is the method approved by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for the preparation of water for injection, and the source water adopts the purified water of the "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" standard. The most common process for preparing water for injection is the multi-effect distillation process, the core device of which is a multi-effect distillation machine. Obtain high-purity water for injection.
(1) The water for injection adopts the multi-effect distillation process, with 5 or 6 effects, and the water quality of the produced water meets the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the US Pharmacopoeia, and the European Pharmacopoeia for water for injection.
(2) Modular design of the system, one-button start, equipped with a dedicated operation, maintenance and inspection platform, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
(3) The distribution system adopts 80 ℃ heat preservation cycle, and the return water flow rate is greater than 1 m/s.
