Evaporator:
The tube falling film evaporation technology is adopted to ensure that the feed water is evenly distributed on the inner wall of each evaporation tube to form water film evaporation. The upper-effect pure steam provides heat energy for the lower-effect evaporator, and completes evaporation and liquefaction to form distilled water by itself.
Vapor-Liquid Separator:
The split-type soda-water four-separation technology (soda-water centrifugal separation, lower-rotating vane separator, wire mesh capture water droplet separation, and upper-rotating vane separator) is adopted to ensure lower heat source and endotoxin content in distilled water. The requirements for pure water are relatively low, and the distilled water that meets the Pharmacopoeia standard can be produced below the single-stage reverse osmosis (10us/cm).
Preheater: U-shaped tube heat exchange is adopted, which has high heat exchange efficiency, good mechanical performance and long service life.
Condenser: Unique double condenser design, special multi-way round-trip structure, sufficient heat exchange, no need for special cooling water, that is, it can reach the temperature required for distilled water.
Piping: The pipeline design has no water storage, no dead angle, and low equipment failure rate. The pipeline connection adopts the new sanitary clamp connection, the inside and outside mirror polishing, the arrangement is neat and beautiful, and the operation is fast and convenient.
Configuration: regulating valve, automatic compensation valve, throttle valve, conductivity meter and temperature meter are selected from high-tech products at home and abroad, with beautiful appearance and complete functions.
