1. First open the drain valve of the multi-effect distilled water machine (heat source steam pipeline drain) and the drain valve of the distillation tower, drain the sediment and water in the heat source steam pipeline and the effect material water pipeline, and then close it.
2. Open the cooling water control valve, so that the reading of the cooling water pressure gauge reaches 0.2 ~ 0.3MPa (according to the cooling conditions, it can be adjusted to be lower than this number), and at the same time, open the valves of the primary condensate discharge valve and the emptying valve by 45 degrees .
3. Open the heat source steam valve to keep the pressure at 0.3～0.35MPa.
4. Press the electric lock start button, observe the feed water pressure, which should be about 0.4-0.7MPa, then slowly open the feed water control valve to adjust the feed water flow, and the water surface at the sight glass should be 1/2 of the sight glass. Below and stable, if it is higher than 1/2 of the sight glass, close the feed water valve smaller.
5. The final effect concentrated water discharge valve is slightly opened. If the water level is high, the valve can be opened larger. When the temperature at the outlet of the distilled water is 90-98°C and the temperature at the outlet of the cooling water is 80-90°C, the machine is in normal operation.
6. The first distillate should be discarded, and the distilled water can be collected only after passing the inspection.
7. Shut down, first close the heat source steam valve, then close the starting electric lock, open all the drain valves to remove the distilled water in the effect tower, and close the feed water valve.
8. If it is temporarily shut down, the multi-effect distilled water machine only closes the starting electric lock, the feed water valve, and the heat source steam valve, and the other valves do not move. When the steam pressure reaches 0.4MPa, it is a large load operation. At this time, the feed water pressure can be increased to 0.5MPa, and the concentrated water discharge valve can be properly closed.
9. When the steam pressure is lower than 0.3MPa, it is a small load operation, the feed water pressure can be reduced (observe the water level at 1/2 of the sight glass at any time), and the concentrated water discharge valve can be opened appropriately.
10. The electrical conductivity of the raw water should be less than 2〃5us/cm (resistivity should be greater than 0.4M?cm), the temperature should be about 20"C, and should not exceed 40℃; the cooling water pressure should be 0.3~0. 4MPa, it can also be adjusted to less than 0.3MPa according to the actual situation; the working pressure should not exceed 0.4MPa; the condensate water, cooling water and concentrated water discharge pipelines must be unblocked and not blocked. Turn on the exhaust fan in time to remove indoor heat. In winter Pay attention to keep the temperature of the machine room not lower than 0°C and make an operation record.
11. After the work is completed, fill in the equipment usage records, and carry out equipment maintenance, clean the multi-effect distilled water machine, and mark the equipment status.
