RO2

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Basic requirements of tubular distil water production plant（Distilled water injection machine）:
1.1 Material/Surface
(1) Surfaces that do not come into contact with products and cleaning media: the surface is smooth, easy to clean, and does not react with cleaning agents and disinfectants. Materials are at least 304.
(2) Surface in contact with product and clean medium: surface roughness (Ra0.4μm), electropolished, provide roughness measurement report, material 316L, provide material certificate.
1.2 Welding / Welding
All welding/welding (pipe and product contact equipment) operations are subject to the following specifications: (1) Welder Qualification Test (ISO9606); (2) Welding/Welding and Similar Processes (ISO6520-1).
Welding/welding adopts automatic orbital welding/welding technology. Manual welding/welding can only be used for pipes in certain areas where automatic orbital welding/welding equipment cannot be used.
1.3 Sealing
Sealing of parts in contact with product and clean medium: suitability for use and installation (handling and sterilization), resistance to temperature and materials, material certificate provided.
1.4 Sterile vent filter
The pore size is 0.22μm, hydrophobic, and can be tested for online integrity. The filter housing material should be 316L or equivalent. There should be no cracks on the inner surface of the filter housing, and the surface finish should be Ra0.4μm or higher. In addition, an electric heating device is required.
1.5 Sampling valve
Water samples taken should be cooled/cooled to 50°C. The sample cooler/cooler should be a tube-and-tube heat exchanger with a double/tube sheet design, with a rated pressure of 1.0MPa, and chilled water as the refrigerant.
