4. The cleaning of sterile equipment, especially the parts and components that directly contact the drug must be sterilized, and the sterilization date should be marked, and microbiological verification should be carried out if necessary. Sterilized equipment should be used within three days.

5. Some movable equipment can be moved to the cleaning area for cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.

6. When the same equipment continuously processes the same sterile product, it should be cleaned and sterilized between batches; when the same equipment is processing the same non-sterile product, comprehensive cleaning should be carried out at least weekly or after every three batches of production.
