The daily routine maintenance of pharmaceutical water purification equipment can be divided into operation period and shutdown period. During the operation of the pharmaceutical purified water equipment, a cycle plan should be formulated to regularly check the use of the equipment filter element and membrane element, whether it is contaminated, whether there is a decline in working performance, and record the water quality data of the produced water, and dosing according to the actual situation; During operation, the reverse osmosis membrane should be regularly flushed at low pressure to prevent the growth of microorganisms. Especially in the high temperature season, it should be washed once per shift. When the equipment is out of service, it should be carried out in accordance with the outage protection operating procedures.
After a period of use of the pharmaceutical purified water equipment, the working performance may decline. Therefore, the maintenance of the working performance is also very important. If the pharmaceutical purified water equipment is compared with the original system, the system water production volume drops significantly or the salt content of the produced water increases significantly. Indications need to be promptly cleaned against the reverse osmosis membrane. When a high and low pressure alarm occurs in the equipment, if the user wants to restart the equipment, he should do a good job of checking each functional unit. First, check the condition of the manual valve between the security filter and the high pressure pump, whether the opening is too small, and also check the RO inlet. Check the conditions of the water regulating valve and the concentrated discharge valve, confirm the normal operation of these valves, and then press and hold the high and low pressure alarm reset button to ensure that the equipment is not damaged after it is turned on. In addition, after a period of time after the equipment is put into use, users may find that the reverse osmosis membrane is fouled and the accessories and consumables are invalid, and the quality of the effluent is seriously reduced. Impact. If the quality of the raw water for preparing purified water has changed, the process design can be adjusted appropriately to ensure stable production of water that meets the corresponding quality standards.
