Treatment method when microorganisms in the good price and quality WFI Distribution Loop exceed the correction limit
The good price and quality WFI Distribution Loop may generate some microorganisms after being used for a period of time. In this case, a 0.5 percents hydrogen peroxide solution can be prepared to clean the WFI Distribution Loop system before sterilization. Preparation method: Hydrogen peroxide is analytically pure, and water for injection is added to prepare a 0.5% (volume concentration) hydrogen peroxide solution.
The TOC detector should be turned off when the good price and quality WFI Distribution Loop is being sterilized with hydrogen peroxide. Then turn on the pipeline pump to be cleaned, stop the pump after circulating for about an hour, and then open the sewage outlet at the bottom of the WFI Distribution Loop tank to drain the hydrogen peroxide solution.
