Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator is the main equipment for manufacturing pure steam in pharmaceutical factories. In order to produce pure steam to meet the GMP standard, the machine should be operated correctly when in use. The operation method of the Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator is as follows:

1. Before starting: Check the power supply, raw water and industrial steam, whether the steam is saturated and pure, and the conductivity is less than 2us/cm.2. Operation: 
(1) After starting the Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator normally, open the concentrated water discharge ball valve, discharge the concentrated water into the separator and evaporator, and close the valve after the discharge is clean.
(2) Open the corresponding valve of the Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator, start the pure steam, then slowly open the main valve of the heating steam, wait until the condensed water is discharged, close the corresponding valve, and adjust the pressure to 0.25-0.35MPa.
(3) Adjust the raw water valve to keep the water pressure at about 0.3MPa, so that the equipment enters the automatic operation state, and the operation state of the equipment can be observed at any time.

(4) When the pressure is not less than 0.3MPa, the pneumatic valve of the Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator will automatically close; when the pressure is 0.2MPa, the pneumatic valve will reopen.
(5) When the liquid level is full, the water pump of the Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator can automatically stop. If the liquid level is lower than 1/2 of the sight glass, it can be turned on automatically without manual operation.
3. Close: Press the pure steam stop button, then close the heated steam valve, open the drain ball valve, discharge the concentrated water and steam condensate, and then close the ball valve of the Above 3000L Pure Steam Generator.
