How to operate a Distill water machine
1. Before starting the Distill water machine, you must first add water to the electric heating evaporating pot to 1/2 through the replenishment bucket (visible through the sight glass), and then turn on the power supply. When the water in the pot boils, open the cooling water inlet valve, and It is advisable to adjust the water intake until the distilled water is produced at the outlet of the distilled water.
2. According to the water consumption in the evaporation pot, adjust the water replenishment valve of the replenishment bucket, and it is advisable that a small amount of water overflows from the overflow of the replenishment bucket (that is, the machine reaches a balanced state during work).
3. A valve should be added to the outlet of the cooling water to adjust the water flow and control the water temperature at 80C±5, which can reduce the amount of cooling water and save power consumption.
4. There is a carbon dioxide exhaust port on the upper part of the condenser of the Distill water machine, and a small amount of waste gas will be discharged during operation, which is also an indication of the cooling water flow. If there is a whistle, it means that the cooling water consumption is insufficient or the water is cut off, and the cooling water inlet valve should be adjusted, and the cooling water volume should be adjusted until the peak whistle does not sound.
5. When the Distill water machine is turned off, the power should be turned off first, and then the cooling water valve should be turned off.
