The Distill water machine is a kind of equipment that takes deionized water as raw material water and heats it with steam to prepare water for injection. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, automatic detection of water quality for injection, etc. The water quality for injection is stable and high in purity, and the effluent quality conforms to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia, US Pharmacopoeia, and various regulations on "water for injection". The qualified raw water is pressurized by the multi-stage pump and then enters the condenser for heat exchange, and then enters each effect preheater in turn, and then enters the first effect evaporator and is sprayed on the inner wall of the heating tube by the feed water distributor, so that the feed water forms a film in the tube. It is heated and vaporized by steam from the boiler. The generated secondary steam with water droplets enters the steam-water separation device from the lower end of the heating tube, the separated pure steam enters the next effect as heating steam, and the unevaporated raw water enters the next effect, repeating the above process. The pure steam generated by the final effect enters the condenser and is combined with the condensed water from each effect except the first effect for cooling. After removing the insoluble gas, it becomes water for injection, and the temperature can reach 92~99C.
